What is Sports & Remedial Massage?
Sports Massage is the manipulation, management and rehabilitation of the soft tissues of the body including muscles, tendons and ligaments.
Remedial Massage involves assessments of your posture and joint range of movement to get to the possible cause of your discomfort.
The aim is to address muscle imbalances, promote flexibility, and then with aftercare and self-awareness, act to prevent postural problems and musculo-skeletal conditions.

Sports massage is good for preparing your body for peak performance and ironing out any knots and niggles for an upcoming event (pre-event massage). It is also excellent for post-event recovery as it removes lactic acid and brings the muscles back to their pre-event length thus preventing tightness and soreness.
